Tammy (Schultz, Wieben) Anderson, age 50, of Prior Lake, MN formerly Fairfax, MN passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, MN.

Funeral Service will be Friday, October 1, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax with interment in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 30, from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service, all at the church.
