NOTICE OF

 PUBLIC HEARING

An Application for Conditional Use Permit has been filed by Lane Albrecht of Albrecht Wind Energy LLC, on behalf of landowner Dennis Tauer, pursuant to Redwood County Code of Ordinances, Title XV, Sections 153.446, 153.142, and 153.353. Mr. Albrecht is proposing to construct a non-commercial wind energy conversion system, consisting of one 25kW wind turbine, on the following described real property in Brookville Township:

NW1/4, Section 20, Township 110, Range 34, Redwood County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom that part of said NW1/4 described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW1/4 of said Section 20, thence in a westerly direction along the north line of said Section 20, a distance of 958 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing in a westerly direction along the north line of said Section 20, a distance of 660 feet, thence in a southerly direction and parallel with the west line of said Section 20, a distance of 660 feet, thence in an easterly direction parallel with the north line of said Section 20, a distance of 660 feet, thence in a northerly direction a distance of approximately 660 feet, to the point of beginning. A public hearing thereon will be held before the Redwood County Planning Commission at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting starting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 25th day of August, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Redwood County Government Center, 403 South Mill Street, Redwood Falls, MN 56283.
