The Morgan City Council met for a special meeting on Tuesday, May 19.
The first item on the agenda included opening the bids for the work done by the water tower. Of the bids received, the Council decided to go with the bid from Litzau of Atwater in the amount of $10,048 and included 15” PVC tile. The feeling was the PVC tile was better quality and would require less work in the future.
